The firm adds the clients itself
The firm creates the client companies from its own page and pays per company. The client does not need an account; it can be invited later if it wants to see its figures.
Account settings are copied
Which accounts Stripe fees, OSS sales and the platform receivable are booked to is decided once. The next client on the same platform gets the same set as a suggestion and the firm approves.
One page says whether the month matches
For every client the firm view shows whether the vouchers match the platform’s payouts and how many events are not yet booked. What matches needs no look; what does not shows up straight away.
The client can invite the firm
A customer already using Diffa can hand the settings over to its firm from its own login. The firm then sees the client together with its others.
