Purchases via a platform
Version 1, in force from 2026-10-03
The Swedish version governs if the two differ.
Diffa is provided by Sliti & Klay Group AB, reg. no. 559524-2891, Remigatan 41, SE-261 45 Landskrona, Sweden. In this appendix Sliti & Klay Group AB is “Diffa” or “we”.
The appendix belongs to Diffa’s terms of service and takes precedence over them in what it regulates.
1. When the appendix applies
The appendix applies when you bought Diffa in the Fortnox App Market or the Shopify App Store. Diffa’s terms of service apply to the service as usual. What differs is how you pay, change plan and terminate. That is stated here.
If you bought Diffa directly from us, the appendix does not apply.
2. Common to all platforms
The platform handles payment. The platform’s terms, prices, billing periods and payment terms apply to what you pay for Diffa. Diffa sends no invoices for a purchase made through a platform.
You change plan and terminate where you made the purchase. Those take effect under the platform’s rules. If you terminate with the platform, the agreement with Diffa ends when the licence or subscription expires there. Sections 10 and 11 of the terms of service (material, archive) apply as usual.
What Diffa does with your data, how long material is kept and what you are responsible for are the same wherever you bought Diffa.
3. Fortnox App Market
Your payment obligations for Diffa are assigned to and invoiced by Fortnox AB. You pay Fortnox under Fortnox’s terms and billing periods, not Diffa.
This section may not be changed without Fortnox’s written approval.
A licence covers one company, the company in Fortnox the purchase was made for. Who may connect the company to Diffa is governed by the permissions in Fortnox: a system administrator always, other users if they have the right to work with the bookkeeping there. The licence ends when Fortnox tells Diffa that it was terminated or expired. The agreement with Diffa then ends under section 2. If you buy Diffa again for the same company within the archive period, the bookkeeping continues where it stopped.
If Diffa breaches the agreement materially, you are entitled to a refund of prepaid time you could not use. The refund is made through Fortnox.
4. Shopify App Store
The subscription is taken out, changed and cancelled in the Shopify admin. Shopify charges the fee on the store’s bill under Shopify’s terms and billing periods.
A company that already pays for Diffa in another way may connect its store at no extra cost. The store is then tied to the existing subscription.
If you uninstall the app in Shopify, the subscription ends under Shopify’s rules. The agreement with Diffa then ends under section 2. Material behind vouchers is kept as described in section 10 of the terms of service.
