Book platform payouts in Fortnox
You log in to Fortnox from Diffa and approve the connection. No key to copy. Diffa reads the chart of accounts, the voucher series and the financial year directly from Fortnox. It only asks you to approve which accounts each type of line should be booked to.
Diffa reads
- The chart of accounts, so Diffa only suggests accounts that exist
- Voucher series and financial year
- Period locks, so nothing is booked in a locked period
Diffa writes
- One voucher per sales day with sales, VAT, fees and the net amount on the platform receivable. Per payout or per transaction can be chosen instead
- The documentation attached to the voucher
- Never bank lines. You book the deposit against the receivable as usual

Common questions
- Do I need the Fortnox integration licence?
- No. Diffa uses the standard Fortnox integration for apps, which is included in Fortnox Bokföring.
- Can I see the vouchers before they are sent?
- Yes. Diffa creates the vouchers on its side first. They are sent to Fortnox once you have turned on automatic booking. You can turn it off at any time.
- What happens if I have already booked a payout myself?
- You set a start date when you connect the source. Everything before that date is left untouched.
