Book payouts from Worldline

LiveBambora AB (Worldline Nordics), Sweden

The till has already booked the card sales. Diffa reads Worldline's report and books the fee, the chargebacks and the adjustments against the payout.

Book in Fortnox, Spiris, Bokio, Björn Lundén or Accounted.

What you need

  • The connection's recipient address. You see it on the connection in Diffa once you have added Worldline as a source.
  • Worldline's daily report in Excel to that address, which you ask Worldline to send. Diffa reads the mailing once Diffa has approved Worldline as a sender.
  • You can also download the detailed report on reports.bambora.com and mail it in yourself from the address you sign in to Diffa with.
  • Each sales location marked as shop on the connection in Diffa. The sales locations show up there once a report with them has been read.

How it works

Worldline deducts fees, chargebacks and adjustments from the card sales and pays out the rest. The report shows each payout and the sales in it. Diffa reads the report when it is mailed in and books it so the receivable ends at what Worldline paid out.

Worldline charges a fee per sale and deducts it before the money is paid out. Diffa books the fee without VAT.

  1. Diffa reads the report when the mail arrives. Only the Excel file is read and other attachments are kept.
  2. The till has already booked the sales and refunds. Diffa counts them against the payout and books the fee, the chargebacks and the adjustments.
  3. A sales location without a marking holds the whole payout until you have chosen shop or web. Web purchases through Worldline are not booked yet, so a location marked as web waits too.
  4. The sales after fees, the chargebacks and the adjustments must add up to the payout to the öre. Otherwise the payout waits and Diffa shows the amounts. A payout in a currency other than kronor waits too.
  5. A booked payout does not change when it comes again in the monthly report. If two files disagree about a waiting payout Diffa shows both.

What you get

  • The transaction fee without VAT on the card fee account.
  • A chargeback moves to the account for reclaimed card purchases and lowers the output VAT. You choose the rate yourself and it is 25 percent unless you change it.
  • Other adjustments and unknown lines on an account for items to investigate, with Worldline's reference so they can be sorted out.
  • The receivable from Worldline ends at what was paid out, if the till books the card sales on the same receivable account you choose for Worldline.
  • The report goes with the voucher as supporting document when you book per payout and the file covers only that payout.

The vouchers go to the program you have connected, that is Fortnox, Spiris, Bokio, Björn Lundén or Accounted.

Common questions

How does Diffa get the report?
Worldline mails the daily report to the address on the connection. Mail from a sender Diffa has not yet approved is quarantined and deleted after 30 days. A file you mail yourself is accepted from the address you sign in to Diffa with.
Why do my reports say Bambora?
Worldline Nordics is the same company as Bambora AB. That is why you download the reports on reports.bambora.com.
Are the sales booked twice?
No. The till books the sale with VAT. Diffa only counts the sales against the payout and books the fee, the chargebacks and the adjustments.
Can Diffa book web purchases through Worldline?
Not yet. Payouts from a sales location you mark as web wait in Diffa and are not booked.
